In the current context, where soil degradation, rising production costs, and climate change pose serious challenges, the adoption of innovative approaches in agriculture is essential for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The first section is devoted to issues of the state of soil fertility of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine by identifying the content of humus in its composition. The soil condition of the Kirovohrad region is analyzed in more detail. Estimated energy consumption during soil cultivation. The cause-and-effect relationship of the transition from traditional tillage technology to no-till has been revealed. The second section explores key pathways to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in land cultivation and land use. It analyzes the prospects of implementing regenerative agriculture as an alternative to conventional farming practices, including the use of cover crops, minimal tillage, crop rotation, and biological methods for enhancing soil fertility. Their impact on the environmental sustainability of agricultural production and the potential for climate change adaptation are assessed. The third section presents an economic analysis of production costs in agricultural enterprises, particularly in the context of adopting regenerative practices. Key cost components such as fuel, fertilizers, plant protection products, and technical support are examined. A comparative analysis of conventional and regenerative farming methods is conducted from the perspective of their economic efficiency. Special attention is given to the potential cost reduction through decreased mechanized tillage, optimized fertilizer use, and reduced reliance Product Description popup.authors Androshchuk Ilona O.
