The subject of the study is the forms of testing human existence in the context of social and geopolitical uncertainty and their reflection in classical and post-classical discourses. Purpose of the study: key forms of testing human existence in a situation of social and geopolitical uncertainty and their understanding in classical and post-classical discourses. Research methods: methodology of systemic, comparative, hermeneutic, structural and functional analysis, methods of statistical and content analysis. Results and novelty: the study consists of a systematic analysis of the existential dimension and forms of testing human existence in the context of military and information aggression, increasing levels of violence and alienation, migration, technological and modernisation challenges. The results are reflected in 218 scientific papers, including 9 monographs, 4 doctoral dissertations, 14 PhD theses, 21 articles in Scopus and WoS, 104 articles in professional journals, 66 conference proceedings. Characteristics of the research results: in the course of the topic implementation, the essential features of the forms of human trials in a situation of social and geopolitical transitivity were revealed: war, aggression, violence, pandemic, migration, social risks and challenges. Significance and practical application of the study: the results of the research can be used in the development of state policy to overcome the consequences of Russian aggression and violence, post-war reconstruction, conflict resolution and labour migration, and Ukraine's adaptation to technological unemployment.
