The impact of long-term use of various soil tillage systems (plowing, shallow tillage, no-till) in short-rotation crop rotations on the formation of active weed infestation indicators in agrocenoses was established. The level of phytocoenotic activity of crops under long-term continuous application of different tillage methods in four-field crop rotations on typical chernozem in the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe was analyzed. Measures for controlling segetal vegetation in short-rotation crop rotations of the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe under various tillage methods were developed. It was found that after ten years of using no-till technology, a transformation in weed species composition occurred—there was an increase in the presence of perennial dicotyledonous weeds. In contrast, under traditional tillage systems, annual grasses and dicotyledonous weeds prevailed. The productivity of arable land in field crop rotations significantly depends on the fertilization system and the type of primary tillage. The highest grain yield—4.7 t/ha—and feed units—5.2—were obtained under an intensive cultivation technology (fertilizer application based on target yield, plowing to a depth of 25–27 cm, and an integrated crop protection system). The highest profit amounted to 16.7 thousand UAH/ha. Product Description popup.authors Bebekh Yuliia M. Kondratiuk Iryna M. Lebid Oksana O. Parkhomenko Tetiana O. Tarasenko Vitalii P.
