Measures were substantiated to increase yield and economic efficiency of cereal production in short-rotation systems based on managing the processes of productivity formation under climate change conditions in the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe. To achieve maximum productivity and the highest grain quality of winter wheat, spring barley, and maize in the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe on typical low-humus shallow chernozem, it is recommended to apply intensive cultivation technology. This includes: Fertilizer application based on the planned yield; Plowing to a depth of 25–27 cm and incorporation of the by-products of the preceding crop; Foliar feeding with macro- and micronutrient preparations;Integrated crop protection based on phytosanitary monitoring and economic threshold levels of pest damage. This approach provides:7.8 t/ha of winter wheat grain, a profit of 27.5 thousand UAH/ha, a production cost of 2.46 thousand UAH/t, and a profitability of 144%; 3.8 t/ha of spring barley, profitability of 117%, and a profit of 17.5 thousand UAH/ha;9.4 t/ha of maize, profitability of 163%, and a profit of 46.2 thousand UAH/ha.
