The aim of the study was to determine the impact of long-term plantation cultivation of giant miscanthus on soil processes, changes in soil properties, ecological condition of agro-landscapes, and plantation productivity under conditions of drained organogenic soils in small river basins of the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe. The research results showed that agroecological changes in the 0–30 cm soil layer were moderate. Over 10 years, total nitrogen content slightly decreased from 2.0–2.1% to 1.9–2.0%. Total phosphorus content increased by 0.2–0.5%, while total potassium content remained stable at 0.1–0.2%. Soil bulk density increased from 0.393 to 0.497 g/cm³, accompanied by a decrease in porosity to 75.4% and total water-holding capacity to 178%. Soil acidity was weakly affected and ranged from pH (H₂O) 7.4 to 7.8. Increased mineralization of peat soils led to a rise in ash content from 41% to 56%. The highest productivity was obtained under a planting scheme of 0.7 × 1.4 m (10,000 plants/ha) with K₆₀ fertilization. Dry biomass yield reached 30.54 t/ha, corresponding to 519.2 GJ/ha of thermal energy. Profitability was 139.3%, production cost was 344.8 UAH/t, and the energy efficiency coefficient (Kee) was 9.6.
