The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological principles, mechanisms and practical approaches to managing the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises, taking into account the modern challenges of digital transformation. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of effective mechanisms for managing the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises in the context of digitalization, including identifying key factors of digital transformation, assessing its impact on the economic, environmental and social components of sustainable development, as well as substantiating ways for enterprises to adapt to modern technological changes in order to increase their efficiency, competitiveness and environmental responsibility. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, statistical research, induction and deduction, SWOT analysis, generalization and structural-logical analysis, etc. Research information base: scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers on issues of sustainable development, digital transformation of the economy, management of agricultural enterprises and introduction of innovative technologies in agriculture, financial and statistical reporting, data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, reporting of the Farm "Mizetskyi G.V.". The scientific study examines the theoretical principles of the functioning of mechanisms for managing the sustainable development of enterprises, identifies their features in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy and reveals key concepts of sustainable development.
