The project in its research is based on previous leading world scientific developments in this field and in the process of implementation actively uses European integration, globalization aspects of building a system of control powers of law enforcement agencies in the field of attracting and using ITA. The results of the research will make it possible to discover and form new legal patterns of interaction between law enforcement agencies, sustainable economic development of Ukraine and an effective and efficient mechanism for controlling the attraction and use of ITA as part of world security, globalization and European integration. The reasons for the ineffectiveness and ineffectiveness of existing mechanisms as a component of ensuring national and economic security in Ukraine will be established by studying the shortcomings of the functioning of law enforcement agencies since 1991, and special attention will be paid to the beginning of the transformation processes initiated in 2014 and activated in 2022-2023 in war conditions.
