The purpose of the work - improvement of urban landscape evaluation system for the preservation and restoration of its individual features, valuable qualities in the process of forming the urban environment. Identification of principles, improvement of system organization, methodology of research, evaluation, design of modern architectural environment by using innovative technologies. Testing of innovative methods, improvement of concept generation algorithms in architectural design. Determination of principles, methodology improvement, development and testing of revitalization, revival concepts of the urban architectural environment.

As a result of the research, the following results were obtained: Trends were identified, a number of factors were identified that influence the sustainable development of the urban environment in the conditions of modern needs; criteria for assessing the sustainability of the architectural environment and systematization of approaches to the restoration of destroyed architectural objects were developed; principles and methods for restoring the architectural environment of destroyed urban areas were identified; Section 1 examines the main methods of substantiating the reconstruction of the historical environment using the example of the localization of the location and architectural and urban features of the Church of the village of Trytuzne. Section 2 examines approaches to the prospects for implementing principles and methods for restoring the destroyed urban environment using innovative technologies. Chapter 3 analyzes the concept of revitalization of the architectural environment of a small settlement according to the principles of self-sufficiency and organicity: reasonable preservation, restoration, reconstruction, renovation of characteristic architectural forms of iconic historical objects and spaces - despite the renewal, change of their purpose, functions and meanings; •organic formation of a modern hybrid architectural environment that harmoniously combines old and new objects, unique artifacts and resources, multifunctional objects and spaces, residential, agricultural and industrial environments, modern communication networks, various technologies (smart homes, artificial intelligence, elements of augmented reality, etc.), physical and virtual worlds.
