Research Objective: to substantiate a system of dynamic properties of an integrated complex of adaptive mechanisms for stressogenic conditions during a period of global change and uncertainty (including stress resilience, stress susceptibility, cognitive abilities, and the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems) and to develop assessment criteria for athletes and military personnel. Research Object: Individual psychological characteristics and personal resources for coping with stress, the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems in athletes and military personnel. Research Subject: Stress resilience and susceptibility, cognitive abilities, and the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems as dynamic properties of the adaptive mechanisms under stressogenic conditions during global changes, criteria for their evaluation in athletes and military personnel. Research Methods: A comprehensive methodology encompassing functional state parameters and properties of the neuromuscular apparatus, individual typological characteristics of higher nervous activity in athletes, psychological and psychophysiological testing, surveys, observation, and statistical methods.
