Object of the Study: A comprehensive system of theoretical knowledge on the organization of labor relations under martial law conditions. Purpose of the Study: A general theoretical study of the concept and characteristics of a scientific-practical commentary, as well as the development of a scientific-practical commentary on the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law". The study aims to establish consistent views and conceptual conclusions regarding the essence and implementation of the provisions of this law. Research Methodology: The research is based on theoretical methods, including systematization and generalization. The study synthesizes approaches and principles for applying specific provisions of the law. Logical and qualitative analysis and synthesis methods have been employed, including an examination of judicial practice and academic perspectives. Additionally, a comparative method was used throughout the study to explore the special law and other regulatory legal acts governing labor relations. Results of the Research: The outcomes of the study have been implemented in the Scientific-Practical Commentary on the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law". Application of the Research Results: The results are intended for use by all enterprises, institutions, and organizations in Ukraine, regardless of ownership form, industry affiliation, or type of activity, as well as by representative offices of foreign business entities in Ukraine. Additionally, the findings can be applied by individuals employed under labor contracts with private individuals and other interested parties.
