Scientific novelty of the proposed developments is provided by the use of modern models and numerical methods, problem statements and methods of their solution. A calculation method and software for the study of stress-strain state of structures in three-dimensional formulation under impulse and shock loading taking into account plastic deformations and material heterogeneity have been developed. Modeling of structural elements failure under impulse and shock loading, evaluation and generalization of the obtained results are carried out. The methodology of dynamic analysis of rocket structures with heterogeneous composite elements with arbitrary orientation of anisotropy axes and taking into account delamination to assess their danger is created. The methodological and software is applied to study the influence of various delamination’s of the structure of composite fairing elements. The most dangerous types of delamination, at which redistribution and growth of dynamic stresses are maximum, are determined. On the basis of modern methods of deformable solid mechanics with the use of theories of multilayer structures, methods of analyzing the stress-strain state of composite structural elements under static and dynamic loads, assessing the strength of aviation gas turbine engines during collision with birds and cyclic-symmetric metal structures under the influence of operational loads have been developed.
