The purpose of the work is to develop an in-depth characteristic of the system and structure of criminal offenses against justice, to study its evolution in connection with the process of Europeanization of Ukrainian criminal legislation and to formulate on this basis recommendations for solving the problems of qualification of criminal offenses against justice. Research methods. Taking into account the comprehensive approach to solving criminal law problems, the following methods of cognition were used in the work: dialectical, formal-logical, comparative-legal, axiological, systemic-structural. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the fact that the scientific works published within the framework of the scientific topic formulated provisions that are new in the theoretical aspect and important for legal practice, in particular, for the first time: 1) a subsystem of criminal offenses that violate the constitutional principles of the rule of law and the independence of judges was developed, taking into account the abolition of Art. 375 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; 2) the issue of criminal liability under Art. 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for failure to comply with the decision of the ECHR, the debtor of which is a state body, was considered; 3) the types of court decisions of the ICC, its judges and officials were characterized, for non-compliance with which criminal liability is provided for in the territory of Ukraine under Art. 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
