The objective of this research is to form and develop leadership qualities in the service members of the National Guard of Ukraine. This includes acquiring the ability to identify and enhance leadership qualities among military personnel; managing subordinates within a unit; leading mixed teams composed of men and women from different national, ethno-cultural, and religious backgrounds; working autonomously and in teams while fulfilling duties in daily activities and during combat operations; and developing leadership potential as a combination of self-management and people management skills, as well as understanding the concept of military command and control. Additionally, the research focuses on fostering social and communication competencies among service members. The first stage of the research serves as the foundation for further work, as it establishes strategic research directions and provides a methodological basis for obtaining results. The correct selection of key topics requiring deeper study and analysis determines the relevance and scientific significance of the study. We have identified key areas and existing methodologies regarding the impact of modern technologies, methods, and approaches on the effectiveness of military personnel training. As a result, we have: • Selected relevant sources to provide the theoretical foundation for further analysis and study of the chosen materials; • Analyzed various innovative educational technologies and methodological approaches to determine the optimal research strategy; • Identified key research topics based on an analysis of current trends in military personnel training.
