Results and their novelty. Structural and technological solutions for the construction of heat-insulating (external enclosing) and noise-proof (internal inter-apartment) walls made of polystyrene foam concrete have been developed. The technical novelty of the solutions has been confirmed by patent search and development of applications for obtaining patents for a useful model. The practical significance of the solutions has been confirmed by the results of the development of structural and technological solutions, their feasibility study, organizational and managerial and commercial recommendations using the information and communication concept "construction management template". Scope: the results can be used in new construction or reconstruction of industrial and civil buildings and structures. Socio-economic efficiency of the work. The use of the developed structural and technological solutions (walls made of monolithic polystyrene foam concrete with plywood as removable formwork, which is reused) compared to the most common solution (solid aerated concrete walls) showed a 20% reduction in cost. In addition, there is no high-altitude work on the installation of facade insulation, which significantly increases labor safety. Conclusions, proposals for the development of the research object and the feasibility of continuing research.
