In particular, the method of determining insignificant factors by ISF criterion and the method of determining significant factors by SF criterion on the basis of the parallel version of multipopulation genetic algorithm (PMGA) have been developed and investigated. The method for determining the significance of the factors with different significance ratios and conditions of randomized impact on the basis of neural network has been developed and investigated. The method for determining the convergence speed of the PMGA for different parameters of the linear-square shape of the reaction surface and the method of detecting the features of the reaction surface of the computer model to evaluate the number of the model runs have been developed and investigated. The visualization tools have been developed for detecting hidden dependencies in large arrays of accumulated experimental data with subsequent regression and correlation analysis of these dependencies. Applied models of the impact of climate change on the crop yield and optimization the structure of sowing areas for the adaptation of crop production to climate changes have been developed and investigated.
