The methods proposed in this study are aimed at improving hardware and software solutions for HIL simulation, thereby enhancing the reliability of embedded systems across various application domains. The objective of this research is to develop architectural and technological solutions for effective HIL simulation of embedded systems based on wireless sensor networks and the Internet of Things (IoT). The obtained results significantly improve the efficiency of HIL simulation of embedded systems using wireless sensor networks and IoT, providing new opportunities to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and security of such systems. A new hardware architecture has been developed, incorporating sensor nodes optimized for efficient data collection. New approaches to convolutional code decoding in control systems have been proposed. The Viterbi algorithm has been implemented for high-speed signal decoding, while the BCJR algorithm has been introduced to improve data transmission accuracy under complex conditions. The results of this research can be utilized by institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, industry enterprises, and organizations in the development and implementation of automated systems for comprehensive test stands and validation processes in the creation of complex objects. Additionally, they can be applied in higher educational institutions for lectures and training in the fields of "Computing Technology," "Embedded Systems," and "Corporate Systems," as well as at the Faculty of Information Technology and Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
