Research objectives: 1. To analyze the existing systems of technical service of heavy trucks in the dealership center and formulate directions for their improvement. 2. To develop an algorithm for selecting criteria and models of vehicles and technical service systems and to assess the efficiency of transportation. 3. To justify the placement of the system of technical service points for heavy trucks. 4. To build a model and develop an improved system of technical service of heavy trucks at dealerships. The object of research is the processes of conducting technical service operations for heavy trucks. The subject of research is an improved system of technical service of heavy trucks. Scientific novelty: – the main features of the formation and functioning of a modern heavy-duty vehicle technical service enterprise have been substantiated and the parameters of the optimal functioning of technical service systems have been determined; – the initial set of evaluation criteria has been substantiated and the task of selecting heavy-duty vehicles for effective and safe transportation has been solved; – a system of rational placement and functioning of the technical service system of a dealer enterprise has been built; – the dimensions of the dealer service system have been determined taking into account the permissible service time; – a system of servicing heavy-duty vehicles by a mobile service service in the dealer enterprise system has been substantiated and developed.
