To achieve this, the following tasks were completed: clarifying the state of the problem in the scientific literature; revealing the content and structure of key concepts; determining the features of moral and ethical development in a growing personality; outlining and developing a methodology for this formation in educational institutions; and developing and implementing educational and methodological support for the process. The object of research is the process of forming a growing personality of a future teacher in educational institutions. The subject is the methods, means, and forms of forming moral and ethical foundations in this context. Research methods included: theoretical analysis, generalization, systematization, and comparison of various views on the problem; analysis of concepts, induction, and deduction; empirical methods such as interviews, surveys, direct and indirect observation, pedagogical experiments (stating and formative), questionnaires, testing, and modeling; and statistical methods including ranking, comparison, quantitative and qualitative analysis of experiment results. The novelty and results of the study include: the first theoretical substantiation of the methodology for forming moral and ethical foundations of a growing personality in educational institutions; the definition of the essence, purpose, tasks, approaches, principles, content, forms, means, and methods involved; and the identification and substantiation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for moral and ethical development within the information and educational environment of secondary and higher education.
