The object of the study is software for creating and maintaining a geodetic data bank, which is intended for the accumulation, systematization and operational access to the results of geodetic measurements, alignment and cataloging of geodetic points. The purpose of the work is to automate the work on the systematization of geodetic measurements (linear-angular, satellite, leveling, gravimetric), the results of alignment and cataloging of geodetic points to ensure their constant support, operational provision of users (automated systems, legal entities and individuals) with relevant information within the framework of current legislation. The research method is the study of business processes for the accumulation, systematization, use of geodetic measurements (linear-angular, satellite, leveling, gravimetric) for further mathematical processing and alignment of geodetic networks. The developed BGD software is based on service-oriented architecture and object-relational DBMS model, which underlie system design from the point of view of service services (DSTU ISO/IEC 18384-1, DSTU ISO/IEC 18384-2). The relevance of the work is due to the objective need to create software and databases of geodetic, leveling and gravimetric state networks, as the basis of modern geodetic production and topographic and geodetic support. The software will contribute to the establishment of a single technical policy in the creation, reconstruction and monitoring of the State Geodetic Network of Ukraine and geodetic networks of densifications. The results of the research are expected to be used in the field of topographic and geodetic and cartographic activities, in the creation and development of the State Geodetic Network of Ukraine.
