Object of the study: The processes accompanying the movement, stay, evacuation, and provision of needs for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility population groups. Subject of the study: Conditions for the safe and tolerant evacuation of low-mobility population groups. Research methods: Theoretical research was conducted through the analysis of literary sources. Modeling was carried out using publicly available specialized computer systems, including FDS. The recommendations were developed using the method of system analysis of research results.
