The subject of the study is information about the processes of using the SFD, documenting the processes of using the SFD, etc. The purpose of the work is to improve the regulatory and normative support for the functioning of the state SFD system. Research methods are theoretical (analytical and research, comparison, generalization), analytical and graphic using IDEF0. The novelty (usefulness and progressiveness) of the scientific work is that for the first time in the state SFD system, the state of regulatory and normative support for the implementation of the processes of using the SFD, documenting the processes of using the SFD has been determined and recommendations for its improvement have been provided. The results of the research will be used to make a decision on the further application of national regulatory documents of the “Insurance Fund of Documentation” complex. The created scientific and technical products will be used by entities of the state system of SFD within the limits of their powers, determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, which participate in the creation, formation, maintenance and use of SFD.
