The study introduces the concept of multisensory heterogeneous wireless fire and security systems that offer flexibility, scalability, and autonomous operation. A novel type of multifunctional piezoelectric sensor was developed, capable of simultaneously measuring multiple physical quantities and generating energy for its operation. A unified data transmission model was proposed by integrating technological and safety-related information systems into a common environment. Additionally, a debugging board based on the ESP8266 controller was designed, facilitating rapid prototyping of IoT systems. The research also resulted in a prototype of an automated management system for agricultural enterprises engaged in grain cultivation, featuring modules for data tracking, analytics, and logistics. The outcomes of the study were presented at scientific conferences, and several solutions have practical applications in modern production and smart home automation.
