The purpose of the work: the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for accounting, analysis and audit in the management system of the subjects of the national economy. General scientific and specific research methods: structural and logical analysis; analytical and comparative analysis; statistical methods; grouping method; comparative economic analysis, absolute and relative values; classification, detailing; matrix, graphic methods. Results: 1. A toolkit for the management system of the subject of the national economy is proposed (improved and further developed) - methodological approaches to conducting: managerial, financial and strategic analysis; financial, managerial and tax accounting; external and internal audit; state financial and tax control for subjects of the national economy (including subjects of agro-industrial production of Ukraine), in order to ensure the financial and economic security of their functioning, the effectiveness of their activities and competitiveness, and the development of foreign economic activity. 2. Based on the research conducted, the scientific and methodological support of the educational components of the Bachelor's and Master's Higher Educational Institutions in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation" was improved. Practical significance: 1. Use of the proposed accounting, analysis and audit tools in the management system of subjects of the national economy in order to ensure the effectiveness of their functioning and competitiveness, transformation and development of their activities, ensuring competitiveness and development of foreign economic activity. 2.
