The subject is the set of theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of accounting-analytical and financial-economic support for economic security in the context of public administration reform. The aim of the work is to improve the accounting-analytical and financial-economic support for economic security under the conditions of public administration reform. Research methods include abstract-logical analysis, comparative analysis, logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, as well as tabular and graphical methods. The study substantiates key conceptual principles of information-analytical support for economic security as a foundation for managerial decisions. It explores the specifics of accounting in the context of forming an informational basis to ensure enterprises' economic security. Public administration reform necessitates adapting existing approaches to optimizing the taxation system and improving the methodology for assessing the economic security reserves of enterprises. The investment component of economic security and its role in strengthening the financial stability of both enterprises and the state have been analyzed. Business risk insurance is highlighted as an effective means of minimizing threats, while the development of human capital is identified as a crucial element for ensuring socio-economic security. Priority directions for ensuring economic security under the influence of military threats and rapid technological changes have been determined. Issues and prospects for the development of human capital as a foundation for the competitiveness of the national economy in conditions of uncertainty are grouped.
