In the current conditions of digital transformation, effective information and communication support for the activities of both public and private organizations is becoming particularly relevant. For the construction industry, which directly affects the development of the urban environment and the interests of local communities, transparency of communications, accessibility of information and fast data exchange are of key importance. This is especially true for companies implementing large-scale projects involving many stakeholders - the community, customers, contractors, and authorities. In this context, the activities of ASENT INVEST LLC require the improvement of the information and communication system to ensure openness of management processes, increase public trust and effective information about project implementation. This will also help to improve the quality of internal interaction and support a socially responsible approach to territorial development. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate and develop comprehensive approaches to improving the information and communication support system of ASENT INVEST LLC in the context of civil society formation. The emphasis is on optimizing digital communication channels, ensuring transparency of decisions and building effective interaction with all stakeholders. The object of research is information and communication activities within the management system of a construction company. The subject of the study covers theoretical and practical aspects of forming effective communication interaction between the organization and its external environment, in particular the public, authorities, partners, investors and the media.
