The application of methodical recommendations will optimize the expert's work, will improve the process of conducting expert researches of the group of claimants, based on the principles of reasonableness and economy of time resources of experts, at the same time, it will ensure the protection of the rights of a significant number of citizens and reduce the burden on the judicial system.
