The subject of the work is the processes of directed structure formation of artificial stone based on traditional and hybrid alkaline cements, as well as the formation of micro- and macrostructure of concrete, in order to increase its durability and reduce structural defects. The features of the production of effective materials using recycled aggregates, which were formed as a result of the process of processing and classification of the remains of concrete buildings and structures that were destroyed and damaged as a result of hostilities and armed aggression, are studied. The results of the study and the characteristics of recycled aggregates based on recycled concrete structures that were destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation are presented. The differences in the component composition of the aggregate from traditional, pure analogues are shown, and the presence of pollutants - residues of organic substances and combustion products, which negatively affects the processes of structure formation of cements and concretes based on them, is also shown. The influence of the component composition of concrete using recycled aggregate on the rheological and physical and mechanical properties of the system is determined. It was found that increasing the content of the cement component with an unchanged content of coarse aggregate allows to significantly increase the strength of the system together with the base composition.. Moreover, the strength increases both in the early and late hardening period. The obtained strength indicators (32 MPa at the age of 28 days) correspond to the indicators of the control composition using traditional granite crushed stone of the 5-20 mm fraction.
