The main goal of the study is to develop scientifically based provisions aimed at improving the provision of human rights, freedoms and interests in modern conditions by administrative and legal means. The goal and objectives of the study were implemented through the comprehensive application of various research methods. In particular, the dialectical method as a general scientific method of scientific knowledge of real phenomena, which became the basis for the comprehensive use of other methods, the method of systemic analysis, which provided an opportunity to analyze the fundamental provisions of the modern theory of ensuring human rights, freedoms and interests in modern conditions by administrative and legal means, the fundamental regulatory legal acts of Ukraine - the Constitution of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The Code of Administrative Procedure and the laws of Ukraine, as well as scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the theoretical generalization of the conceptual approach to the administrative and legal provision of protection of human and citizen rights, freedoms and legitimate interests by individual state institutions, in particular local government bodies, police, prosecutor's offices and courts in individual European countries; comparative legal method – used for analysis, comparison of national and foreign administrative legislation; modeling – when formulating proposals for improving the mechanism for ensuring the protection of human and citizen rights, freedoms and legitimate interests; logical and normative – for analysis of regulatory and legal acts on the prevention of administrative offenses; using the method of system analysis, a system of preventive measures was determined; the statistical method allowed collecting empirical data Product Description popup.authors Baranov Serhii O.
