The strains are deposited according to the "Instructions on the procedure for depositing strains of microorganisms in Ukraine for the purpose of carrying out the patent procedure". Research objects: strains of Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, provided by the customer. The task of the work is to carry out the procedure for depositing strains: receiving documents, registering strains, assigning identification numbers to cultures, establishing their viability, studying microbiological purity, preparing for lyophilization and lyophilization of strains, placing them for storage and monitoring the viability of cultures after freeze-drying.
