To research the clinical polymorphism of acute mental disorders of children and adolescents affected by war, their cause-and-effect relationship with destructive, suicidal and self-harming behavior. 2. To establish the cause-and-effect relationship between PTSD and C-PTSD, as well as between acute mental disorders (recurrent and bipolar depression, psychotic disorders) of children and adolescents affected by war with premorbid mental disorders, the existence and characteristics of traumatic experience. 3. To develop algorithms and analyze the performance of differentiated use of emergency psychiatric and psychological care for children with acute mental disorders, destructive, suicidal and self-harming behavior given the limited access to specialized services in war-affected regions and abroad.
