The object of the research is mental disorders of patients hospitalized in multidisciplinary hospitals, in particular, the following target groups: veterans; internally displaced persons; people over 65 years old. The objective of the research work is to assess the medical, social and economic performance of providing specialized psychological and psychiatric care to patients in multidisciplinary hospitals by introducing an innovative proactive model of consultation-liaison psychiatry based on the study of the needs, scope and results of early intervention. Research methods: anamnestic, socio-demographic, pathopsychological, clinical and psychopathological, catamnestic, sociological, statistical. Assignments: 1. To develop a model of early proactive assessment adapted to the Ukrainian context based on systematic differentiated screening of mental disorders of patients in multidisciplinary hospitals, as well as a comprehensive physical, mental health and social assessment of recently hospitalized patients, applying biopsychosocial and stratified approaches. 2. To optimize the formation of a personalized patient roadmap, both during and after inpatient care, which provides for case management, creation of a plan for comprehensive supervision and rehabilitation of patients with psychosomatic disorders and systematic administration of those problems that create potential barriers to reducing the duration of hospitalization and the frequency of rehospitalization. 3. To adapt the technology of integrated work with the staff of individual departments (doctors of various specialties, nurses, psychologists, social workers and other professionals), outpatient services and primary medical care facilities, including the use of telemedicine (telepsychiatry), based on a team-based multidisciplinary approach, in order to ensure the implementation of the plan for comprehensive patient administration. 4.
