Objective – development of scientific and methodological recommendations and practical implementation of tools to support open science in Ukraine. The following tasks were solved: ensuring availability and visibility of information on domestic scientific research and development (through their presentation in the public domain and improvement of the NRAT search system); creation of conditions for the development of open peer review of scientific research in Ukraine; implementation of a pilot project on management and storage of scientific data; ensuring safe functioning and development of open access infrastructure; information and analytical support of open science policy and its popularization in Ukraine. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge were used, in particular - empirical (observation, comparison, measurement), ascent from the abstract to the concrete, grouping, system analysis (retrospective, quantitative, comparative, predictive), tabular and graphical, heuristic (expert assessments). Scientific approaches and best practices in open science, open access, and organization of e-archives have been summarized. Scientific and methodological recommendations for scientific data management and open responsible peer review have been developed. Open responsible peer review services, as well as search services for scientific data sets, and access to data from registration and accounting cards of scientific research and dissertations, have been created on the resources of the National Repository of Academic Texts.
