The project plans to study the state and dynamics of agricultural land use change and develop priority areas for improving approaches to agricultural land monitoring. popup.description2 Land is a fundamental national asset under the special protection of the state. Its use must not harm the rights and freedoms of citizens, societal interests, or deteriorate the environmental situation and the natural properties of the land. In today's conditions, there is growing concern about the ecological status of all natural resources without exception. The issue of protecting and rationally using land resources, especially agricultural land, is becoming increasingly urgent. One of the key factors in controlling land use is the soil monitoring system on agricultural lands. This system is implemented to timely detect changes in soil condition, evaluate them, prevent the effects of negative processes, and develop scientifically grounded farming systems and agrotechnologies. Soil monitoring on agricultural lands is carried out, in particular, through agrochemical surveys of land plots, with the resulting data provided in the form of an agrochemical passport.
