Stimulating the creation, reliable protection and widespread use of intellectual property as a key tool in the interests of innovative development of the state economy. 3. Continuous improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of intellectual property, including through its harmonization with the legislation of the European Union and international legal norms. 4. Development and modernization of the state system of legal protection of intellectual property in accordance with the conditions of the country's European integration. 5. Popularization and dissemination of knowledge in Ukrainian society on intellectual property issues, informing the general public about the role of intellectual property and increasing interest in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. 6. Development of international, regional and multilateral cooperation in the field of intellectual property and integration of Ukraine into the international and European intellectual space.
