The main tasks are: 1) to establish optimal conditions for the synthesis of new complex oxide compounds of various structural types, as well as iso- and heterovalently substituted phases based on them; 2) to determine the regions of glass formation in combined melts and establish the features of their thermal behavior and optimal annealing and operation temperatures; to select the composition of the matrix and combined salt melt that will meet the requirements for the phosphor; 3) to establish the conditions for the existence and synthesize new isomorphously substituted phases of the An+1BnO3n+1 type with a two-layer perovskite-like structure; 4) to determine the structure of new compounds and establish the mechanisms of the influence of substitution of atoms in different positions on their structure; 5) to investigate the functional (ion-conducting, catalytic, magnetic, luminescent, etc.) properties of the synthesized compounds. The main working hypothesis is to use the unique structural features of complex oxide compounds with tetrahedral anions (phosphate, vanadate, molybdate, tungstate) of framework and layered types and compounds and isomorphously substituted phases of the An+1BnO3n+1 type with a 2D type of layered perovskite-like structure to regulate their properties and create new functional materials based on them. By doping cationic and anionic positions with atoms of different nature, a controlled effect will be exerted on the conduction channels with the introduction of charge carriers of different sizes, to influence the ion-conducting properties of the material.
