Head Makarenko Oleksii V., Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 20-05-2025 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description1 Gaining new knowledge about the responses of the studied condensed matter of organic and inorganic origin to the action of electromagnetic fields, elastic and thermal effects to predict their physical properties, useful in the creation and application of sensors, in particular, plasmon resonance sensors, biosensors. popup.description2 The relevance of the work lies in conducting a whole complex of studies aimed at creating the most flexible algorithm for modeling the sensor effect in a wide range of applications for both civil and defense purposes. Purpose of the work: obtaining new knowledge about the responses, including thermal, of the studied condensed media of organic and inorganic origin to the action of electromagnetic fields to predict their physical properties, in particular, when creating and using sensors and biosensors, including plasmon resonance. Main tasks: to develop a theory of controlling charge transfer processes in protein and nucleic type nanostructures under conditions of external temperature and electromagnetic fields in order to assess the influence of these fields on the conductivity and dielectric permittivity of the objects under consideration, which is important for correct testing in biosensors; based on the gas-dynamic model of the thermally destructive laser-induced effect on the surface of a solid, to develop improvements to the algorithm of controlled destruction in terms of taking into account the influence of factors accompanying destruction: losses on absorption and scattering by both the surface and plasma, etc.; to build a theory of processes accompanying the non-destructive laser-induced effect on the surface of a solid, taking into account the possibility of controlling the physical properties of the surface layer; to conduct theoretical studies of the possibility of creating sensors with improved characteristics, including biosensors, for the tasks listed above; to theoretically investigate the possibility of modeling alternative sensors and biosensors, as well as sensors for studying liquid (water) compounds. The central idea is based on conducting a complex of studies related, on the one hand, to modeling a number of physical conditions that will contribute to improving the characteristics of optical sensors, and, on the other hand, to modeling processe Product Description popup.authors Datsiuk Vitalii V.
