Legislative changes are proposed to improve the transparency of the land market, protect the rights of land owners and users, and stimulate investment in the restoration of degraded areas and the development of organic farming. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the war on Ukraine's food security. The consequences of military operations, including the destruction of agricultural infrastructure, loss of significant areas of cultivated land, and soil contamination, are investigated. Measures to rehabilitate land, minimize environmental risks, and create conditions for the resumption of agricultural production have been developed. An important aspect of the study is the analysis of global challenges such as climate change and food market instability. Approaches to increasing the sustainability of Ukraine's agricultural sector through the introduction of modern technologies, optimization of land use, and greening of production are proposed.
