The results of geographical research, cluster analysis, cartographic modeling, as well as retrospective and prospective statistical and economic analysis make it possible to use gastronomic clusters in the short, medium and long term, which will promote the products and traditions of the Polissia region through organized production, wholesale and retail trade and tourism. The analysis of the obtained research contributes to the improvement of the socio-economic situation, employment growth, due to the use of innovative types of tourism, the formation of new forms of economic associations, including the tourism business.
