Calculation of energy spectra of GeV - TeV electromagnetic radiation of acceleration regions and expected fluxes during detection by STA telescopes within the framework of the key STA program "Active Galactic Nuclei". popup.description2 The research is aimed at solving one of the fundamental problems of modern physics - the study of the behavior of matter and fields in conditions of extreme energy densities and the search for manifestations of new physics beyond the Standard Theory of particle physics. The epoch-making discoveries of recent years have been the registration of gravitational waves from the merger of black holes and neutron stars, the detection of neutrinos from active galactic nuclei (AGN) with energies of 270 TeV (270⋅1012 electron volts), the detection of a kilonova (the merger of two neutron stars), which was accompanied by a gravitational and gamma-ray burst GRB 170817A. In all these processes, photons, neutrinos and cosmic rays are generated in relativistic plasma jets dominated by gamma radiation. The study of TeV gamma-rays from AGN is one of the key programs of the project to create arrays of telescopes for detecting Cherenkov radiation Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA). Our research is aimed at studying high-energy processes in astrophysical sources within the scientific program of the international CTA consortium, in particular the CTA key program “Active Galactic Nuclei”. Its goal is to study the physical conditions and processes of generating cosmic rays and non-thermal radiation in relativistic jets of astrophysical objects: AGN jets, cosmological gamma-ray bursts, magnetar flares; calculations of energy spectra of sources of electromagnetic radiation with energies 109 – 1012 eV and expected fluxes when detected by arrays of Cherenkov telescopes. The idea of our research is to use multi-channel observations of astrophysical sources where extreme physical processes occur, in particular to elucidate the mechanisms of cosmic ray acceleration and their subsequent generation of electromagnetic and neutrino radiation.
