It summarizes the results of scientific research for the year 2024 and January – March 2025, conducted within the territory of the Lower Dniester National Nature Park (hereinafter referred to as the Park). Updated lists of flora and fauna, and map schemes of their registration locations within the Park have been provided. Changes in ecosystems under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors have been noted. The status of key characteristics of the biotic composition of hydroecosystems has been determined. Issues regarding the impact of anthropogenic factors on the biota of the Park have been highlighted. A standard set of phenological observations typical for nature reserve objects in Ukraine has been carried out. Scientific resources have been replenished – herbarium, photo library, and library.Justifications and proposals for the expansion of the Park's territory have been prepared by including part of the territory of the local significance nature reserve "Dnistrovskyi Plavni" and part of the territory of the internationally significant wetland "Northern part of the Dniester Liman" into its composition. Information has been provided about the ecological and educational activities conducted, as well as the creation of a network of ecological and educational and scientific routes.
