In this regard, the development of mushroom cultivation technologies with the use of biological preparations is very important. Additional interest in increasing productivity arises in order to reduce the cost of production of oyster mushrooms in the conditions of constant growth in prices for raw materials and energy sources. The purpose of the research work is to improve the technological methods of industrial cultivation of mushrooms on the basis of the use of biological preparations and increase their productivity and ecological quality. In order to experimentally establish the optimum productivity indicators of the mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus during intensive cultivation in winter, summer and off-season periods in mushroom houses, the technology of sterilizing the straw substrate using EM preparations was developed. Ukrainian invention patents were obtained for the developed technology of straw substrate sterilization using EM preparations and the technology of compost preparation based on sewage sludge using EM preparations.
