The subject of the study is the impact of terms and definitions of concepts on the functioning of training complexes, the regulation and standardization of such complexes. The purpose of the work is to improve and develop the terminological regulatory framework of Ukraine regarding training complexes through the development of a national standard. During the work, the following research methods were used: collection, analysis and systematization of literary sources, requirements of legislative and regulatory documents regarding the interpretation and definition of concepts for training complexes, concept bases, their classification and minimum requirements. A draft national standard DSTU XXXXX:20_ Training complexes for training rescuers. Classification and general requirements. The developed standard applies to training complexes for fire, emergency rescue and pyrotechnic purposes and establishes general requirements for their infrastructure. The provisions of this standard also apply to training sites and facilities located on the territory of organizations and institutions and intended for their own needs.
