The goal is to develop a concept of effective organization and functioning of justice at the current stage of state formation, identify theoretical gaps and practical problems in this area, as well as formulate scientifically based provisions, conclusions and proposals aimed at its improvement. The main tasks: to identify urgent problems for Ukraine in the field of justice; to predict the vectors of development of the system of judicial and extrajudicial protection of the rights and interests of the individual; to propose ways to overcome gaps in the regulatory regulation of the organization and functioning of the judicial system, prosecutor's office, bar, system of execution of court decisions and alternative dispute resolution; to develop proposals for improving the judicial process. The main idea is to comprehensively investigate the state of justice, to clarify problems in this area; identify and analyze the causes of dysfunctions and propose effective solutions that can stabilize the development of the judiciary and civil society in Ukraine, and increase public trust in the institution of the court as a body of state power.  Product Description popup.authors Izarova Iryna О.
