To study the dissemination of the fasciolosis of animals under conditions of Central Polissia of Ukraine, to reveal the influence of fasciols on the reproductive function of cows and some anthelmintics on the body of sick animals, to develop treatment and prevention measures. popup.description2  It was found that the average extent of invasion was 38.2%, paramphistomosis 4.2% and dicroceliosis 6.9%, with the maximum incidence in this farm ranging from 33-42%. It has been established that the ways of spreading these diseases are stagnant shallow water bodies located in pastures where cattle graze. During the spring period, trematode infection began to decline and remained at this level in summer and fall. The results of the studies showed changes in hematological parameters of blood in diseased animals after administration of the anthelmintic “Tectin Super”. At the beginning of the study, it was found that in diseased animals the intensity of infection was 12.0 fasciola eggs, 7.0 dicrocelia eggs, 4.0 paramphistome eggs per gram of feces. On the 15th day, the effectiveness of the anthelmintic was 100%. Satisfactory results were obtained after treatment, as evidenced by an increase in the number of red blood cells, segmented neutrophils, lymphocytes, hemoglobin content in red blood cells, and hematocrit. The hematological parameters of the animals' blood were restored to physiological limits. The increase in blood biochemical parameters to physiological limits or the control group was due to the action of the anthelmintic Tectin Super on fascioles, dicrocele, paramphistomes. This was due to the cessation of synthesis and penetration of trematode waste products into the body, which has an immunosuppressive effect. The effect of the anthelmintic on the body was positive.
