It seeks to assess the effectiveness of digital educational resources in improving their qualifications and adapting to the contemporary demands of the digital landscape. The focus of the study is on the process of developing professional skills in PC operators. The subject under investigation is the influence of educational technologies (EdTech) on these professionals' dynamics, skill formation, and quality enhancement. Research methodologies include system analysis, synthesis, generalisation, classification, modelling, questionnaires, testing, observation, expert assessments, and mathematical statistics. This study evaluates the impact of EdTech on developing professional skills in PC operators. It substantiates the problem’s relevance, systematises the requirements for hard and soft skills, and outlines the theoretical foundations of EdTech. An empirical experiment was conducted to verify the effectiveness of EdTech solutions. The experiment’s results demonstrated these technologies' statistically significant positive impact on improving both hard and soft skills among PC operators. The findings confirmed the initial hypothesis, highlighted scientific innovations, underscored practical significance, and provided recommendations for optimising professional training and assisting employees in adapting to the digital environment.
