A systematic concept of economic evaluation for a PH diagnostic screening program has been proposed to determine its optimal design. The presented concept embodies the comprehensive effects of introducing early diagnostic technologies and PH pharmacotherapy, reflected in the positive dynamics of clinical indicators, reduced mortality rates, and improved quality of life. A general methodology for analyzing the economic efficiency of screening has been developed, based on a simulation model implemented in Microsoft Excel.
