The aim of the work is to develop rational approaches to the synthesis of new mono- and polynuclear coordination compounds of transition metals of various topologies, to study their structure and functional properties, and to establish fundamental regularities between molecular structure and functional characteristics. The main tasks are: (a) development of synthetic approaches to obtaining complexes using functionalized triazole derivatives; (b) study of the relationships between the structural parameters of coordination compounds and their bioactivity, magnetic and optical properties; (c) creation of complexes with specified topologies of the coordination sphere, which contribute to achieving the target functional characteristics. The main hypothesis of the work: rational design of ligand systems based on triazole derivatives will ensure the formation of coordination compounds with specified properties necessary for their application in biomedicine (antitumor drugs, radiopharmaceuticals) and functional materials (magnetic biomarkers, catalysts). This project opens up prospects for the creation of a new generation of effective and safe compounds capable of solving important problems in modern medicine and nanotechnology.  Product Description popup.authors Doroschuk Roman O.
