The developed approach consists of sequential steps to fully account for clinical, laboratory, and instrumental data for diagnosis and recommendations. For pediatric patients, a Telegram bot has been created for data collection and analysis, allowing regular receipt of individual advice, automatic reminders for therapy adherence, physical activity, and other helpful recommendations to improve health management.
