Head Henrikh I. For instance, the bone mineral density (BMD) of the femur in patients aged (71.08±4.44) years in Gruen zone 5 is significantly lower by 16.6% (p<0.05), and the bone mineral content (BMC) of the femur in Gruen zones 2 and 3 is significantly lower by 34.4% (p<0.03) and 24.3% (p<0.03) respectively, compared to patients aged (62.05±2.25) years. For the first time, using computer 3D modeling, the stress-strain state of the "endoprosthesis stem-femur" model was investigated under axial loading with average human body weight (750 N), establishing that the maximum stress concentration in the cortical layer of the femur of 1.81 MPa is located in the projection zone of the endoprosthesis stem tip, which increases the risk of periprosthetic femoral fractures (PFF) in this area.
