The purpose of the work is to establish the essence and content of the administrative and legal principles of the scientific organization of labor of personnel management managers, to formulate scientifically based proposals and recommendations for improving the current administrative legislation, taking into account domestic and international experience. Research methods – general scientific, logical-semantic, methods of comparison, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, statistical research methods. The main tasks of the research are: – separation of types and areas of administrative activity of personnel management managers as a subject of scientific organization of labor; – formulation of the author’s concept of scientific organization of labor of personnel management managers in military management bodies and military units of the National Guard of Ukraine; – determination of structural elements of scientific organization of labor of personnel management managers in military management bodies and military units of the National Guard of Ukraine; – establishment of the content of administrative and legal principles of planning and standardization of the activities of personnel management managers as internal structural elements of scientific organization of labor; – development of specific proposals and recommendations for improving the administrative and legal principles of scientific organization of labor of personnel management managers taking into account domestic and international experience.  Product Description popup.authors Buriak Ihor О.
